Smoked Turkey – Rubbed with spices. The turkey is then injected with hot sauce and butter. Stuffed with quartered onions and garlic.
Grilled Salmon – Whole Norwegian Salmon seasoned with lemon, sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Served with a dill sauce or Asian dipping sauce
Roast Goose – Oven roasted with honey and five spice.
Prime Rib – This top grade cut of beef is roasted with rosemary and black pepper.
Tur-Duc-ken – This is a Cajun creation. This is a 3 layer roast of chicken, duck and turkey with stuffing in between each layer.
